2. Eligible Returns

Products are eligible for return if:

• Product is returned within 30 days of installation
• Product is in original condition with minimal usage
• All original packaging and accessories are included
• No physical damage due to misuse or negligence
• Installation was performed by authorized technician

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products modified or tampered with
• Products returned after 30 days
• Installation and service charges (unless product is defective)
• Shipping charges (unless we made an error)
